Before confirming your booking with Prism Luxury Journeys, please read the following carefully. By clicking the Confirm and Agree button at the end, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to the terms and conditions, including the travel waiver.
Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the required deposit or full payment as specified. Full payment must be received by the date indicated in your booking confirmation.
Cancellation policies vary by trip and supplier. Any refunds are subject to the terms outlined in your itinerary and supplier contracts. Prism Luxury Journeys reserves the right to charge cancellation fees as per supplier or operator policies.
Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all travellers and must cover medical emergencies, trip cancellation, and personal liability.
Prism Luxury Journeys reserves the right to modify itineraries for reasons including safety, weather, political events and/or supplier issues. Alternative arrangements will be provided wherever possible, and clients will be informed promptly.
Travellers are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to travel. Any medical conditions or dietary restrictions must be disclosed prior to travel.
Prism Luxury Journeys shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this agreement if such failure or delay is caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemics, epidemics, civil unrest, terrorism, war, government action or restriction, strikes, labour disputes, supplier insolvency, or any other unforeseen circumstances outside the reasonable control of Prism Luxury Journeys. In the event of a Force Majeure Event:
By booking with Prism Luxury Journeys, travellers acknowledge and accept that Force Majeure Events may occur and agree that Prism Luxury Journeys’ obligations are excused to the extent impacted by such events.
Travelling involves inherent risks. By booking, you agree to release Prism Luxury Journeys, its agents and representatives from liability for injury, loss, or damage to personal property arising during travel. This waiver includes, but is not limited to, transportation, accommodations, excursions, and activities arranged by Prism Luxury Journeys.
All travellers are responsible for their own actions, behaviour, and compliance with local laws and regulations during the trip.
